UAV event in Kherson area, Ukraine on Wed 24th June 2026

On June 24, the Russian military targeted a civilian gas station in Kherson with a strike drone . Three people were injured.

The OVA and the regional prosecutor's office reported this on Facebook .

The attack occurred at around 5 p.m. Two people were taken to the hospital with serious injuries. The number of victims is being confirmed, the post says.

Law enforcement officers have launched a pre-trial investigation. The actions of the Russian military are being classified as a war crime, the department reported.

Later, another person required medical attention. According to the OVA , three injured men are currently known to be gas station workers, aged 30, 46, and 47.

The MVA reported that three injured people were hospitalized. They were indoors at the time of the attack. A 30-year-old man suffered a concussion, shrapnel wounds to his hand, explosive and closed head injuries.

Two of his colleagues were diagnosed with contusions, blast and closed head injuries. The senior also suffered soft tissue injuries to the head, the post says.
