The IDF says troops opened fire on four Hezbollah operatives who crossed into Israel's security zone in southern Lebanon a short while ago. According to the military, troops spotted four Hezbollah operatives riding in a bulldozer and on a motorcycle into the security zone near the Ali Taher ridge, close to Nabatieh -- where troops are operating -- "in a manner that posed an immediate threat." After identifying the operatives, troops fired warning shots toward them. "After the operatives continued to approach and did not respond to the forces' calls, additional fire was carried out in order to remove the threat," the military says, adding that at least one was hit.
