A Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-Maoist) camp was neutralised and a huge cache of arms and explosives were recovered during special combing operation by the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel at Patdarha reserve forest in Nuapada District of Odisha on July 22, reports Kalinga TV. Acting on specific information, 216 CRPF Battalion personnel during the combing operation conducted a raid at Patdarha forest, and recovered a large quantity of arms and ammunitions, including five pistols along with Gelatin, detonator and some Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) stocked by the Maoists.
