On 15 June 2026, at night, Ukrainian forces carried out a drone strike on the Moscow Oil Refinery in Kapotnya (Moscow - South-Eastern, Yugo-Vostochnyy, Moscow). The strike damaged the primary oil processing unit, which accounts for 53 percent of the refinery's capacity. The facility supplies over 38 percent of Moscow Oblast's fuel consumption and provides aviation fuel to Domodedovo, Vnukovo, Sheremetyevo and Zhukovsky airports. No casualties.
