Around 19 June 2026 (as reported), in Apatzingan de la Constitucion municipality, Michoacan, two lime harvest workers were injured after an improvised explosive device detonated on the Apatzingan-El Guayabo road, when they were travelling between Holanda and El Guayabo communities. It is suspected that the explosive device was planted by organized crime groups.
