On 7 June 2026, Israeli drones targeted a jeep vehicle on Al Lababidi Street near Al Burak school in Gaza - Nasr (Gaza City, Gaza Strip) killing 4 people, among them 1 woman, and 2 Hamas members, and injuring others. A child succumbed to her wounds 2 days later, raising fatalities to 5. The IDF stated that they targeted Khader Jamasi, the head of Hamas's funds transfer network, and his deputy Muhammad Harazin, in this location. This event occurred in a Hamas-controlled area of the Yellow Line.
