On June 8, Deputy Squad Leader Aung Min Oo from LIB 562 under the command of MOC 905, which is operating in Ngape Township, defected to Minbu District Battalion 8 along with weapons and ammunition. It is known that he brought along 1 MA-2 rifle, 1 MA-3 rifle, 2 hand grenades, 328 rounds of ammunition, 6 magazines, and 1 set of body armor.
