Pen flares, dozens of grenades, explosives, mines, equipment for forging chassis & engine numbers of vehicles in addition to oxygen cylinders marked "61st Brigade" were seized in the W. Qalamoun. A suspect was arrested - preliminary investigations indicate he's also involved in war crimes.
