On June 16, Kuchis entered a Hazara-inhabited village of Rashk in Pashta-ye Gharghari area in Panjab District of Bamyan Province with weapons and clashed with residents, injuring three residents, reports Hasht-e Subh. During the incident, armed Kuchis grazed their livestock on agricultural lands and grasslands belonging to residents. When residents attempted to prevent the grazing of livestock on their agricultural lands, a clash broke out between the two sides, after which the Kuchis opened fire.
