On June 15, a civilian was killed, and six security personnel and three labourers were injured in a drone attack by ‘Khwarjis’, also referred to as Tehreek-e-Taliban terrorists, while security forces personnel of 243 Wing were engaged in establishing a new security post in Spinwam area of North Waziristan District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, reports The Khyber Chronicles. The deceased civilian was identified as a resident of Upper Dir District.
