On June 13, the Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) claimed that its cadres destroyed five mobile towers and targeted economic installations during an operation in Naal town of Khuzdar District in Balochistan, reports Zrumbesh. BLF ‘spokesperson’ Major Gwahram Baloch stated that the outfit disabled communication infrastructure prior to the assault and set fire to a precious stone factory and a weighing scale facility to disrupt economic activity. The claims could not be independently verified, and no official confirmation regarding the extent of the damage had been issued by Pakistani authorities at the time of reporting.
