Air Delivered event in Balochistan, Bolan area, Pakistan on Sat 13th June 2026

Security Forces (SFs) reportedly killed 23 militants belonging to Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) during a large-scale counter-terrorism operation in the mountainous Bolan region of Balochistan, reports The Khyber Chronicles on June 13. According to security sources, the operation targeted six militant hideouts using coordinated strikes involving armed drones, Cobra helicopter gunships and ground forces. Several operational bases were reportedly destroyed in the operation. Authorities stated that some of those killed were suspected to have played key roles in planning and facilitating the Quetta train bombing, though their identities are yet to be formally verified. The operation was launched following intelligence inputs regarding the presence of militants in the area. Follow-up search and clearance operations are continuing to trace any remaining militants.
