🚨 Shot fired during training: Conscript wounded in Bălți. A conscript received a gunshot wound to the abdomen during training at the Moldova Motorized Infantry Brigade Training Center. The incident occurred today at approximately 4:40 PM.

According to preliminary reports, the shot, fired from a Glock 19 service pistol, was fired by another soldier through negligence. The victim received first aid at the scene and was then rushed to the hospital. He is currently under medical observation.

The Ministry of Defense reported that an internal investigation is underway to establish all the circumstances of the incident. The ministry is also cooperating with the relevant authorities.
