On 12 June 2026, a suicide bomber (likely ISKP, given target) detonated himself near a mosque in Khero Khel Pacca village (Lakki Marwat, KPK), killing two civilians and injuring five others. Police officials claim the attacker was attempting to enter the mosque during Friday prayers but detonated the device outside after failing to gain entry by villagers. Total 3 fatalities and 5 injured.
