On 13 July 2021, in Mazin ward administration office and near the high school, Bago town (Bago district, Bago-East region), a bomb exploded. Myanmar Now reported that it cannot be confirmed that 2 people were arrested by Myanmar military forces. PDF-Bago claimed responsibility for the attack. Casualties unknown.
