On 10 June 2026, in Arauca (Arauca), unidentified individuals threw an explosive device at the facilities of a private security company in the Altos de la Sabana neighborhood during the early hours of the morning. It is unclear whether there were people inside at the time of the attack; however, no one was injured. Authorities stated that either FARC dissidents or the ELN are suspected to be behind the attack. There were no casualties.
