Missile event in Bahrain on Thu 11th June 2026

On 11 June 2026, morning, Bahraini forces intercepted drones and missiles fired by the IRGC targeting US forces in Bahrain, including US military facilities in Jabal Ad Dukhan (Southern). The IRGC stated that its forces launched attacks using unspecified projectiles (coded as drones based on recent activities) targeting Bahrain in response to US strikes on Iran, and the Bahraini army said that its forces shot down hostile aerial targets over unspecified locations in the country. The Bahraini foreign minister later stated that Bahrain was attacked with 36 drones on 11 June. An AR-327 long-range air surveillance radar was destroyed in the site (unclear if from shrapnel from interception or direct impact).
