On 1 June 2026, Russian Forces launched unidentified combination of drone and artillery strikes at Kherson, Kherson, injuring a civilian in the city. During the day, Russian strikes and shelling damaged critical and social infrastructure, residential buildings, including 3 apartment buildings and 14 houses, a shop, a gas pipeline, a bus and cars, and killing 1 civilian and injuring 16 other civilians in the Kherson region.
