Following an attack on terrorist military forces stationed at the monastery in Thit Seint Kone Village, located along the Mabein-Twin Nge Road in Mabein Township, Shan State, the military troops retaliated by setting fire to the village monastery tonight, local news sources reported.

A local source stated, "The fighting broke out this morning. I heard it happened around Thit Seint Kone and Wea Paung villages, likely out in the forested areas."

According to military sources, two terrorist military personnel are believed to have been killed during the clashes around Thit Seint Kone Village, and some weapons and ammunition were successfully seized.

Tonight, the terrorist military has been actively burning and destroying Thit Seint Kone Village.

Terrorist military forces have been stationed and operating out of Thit Seint Kone Village for nearly three months.
