In #Sardinata, #NorteDeSantander, troops from Rapid Deployment Force No. 3 of @ejercitodiv2, in coordination with @FiscaliaCol and the #CTI, destroyed a clandestine cache belonging to the ELN’s Northeastern War Front GAO, which contained nearly a ton of explosives and military equipment.

A total of 83 IEDs, 35 VOIEDs, 520 detonators, 182 pieces of improvised ammunition, and other items used to carry out terrorist attacks against the civilian population, security forces, and the region’s strategic infrastructure were destroyed.

This decisive operational success undermines the logistical and criminal capabilities of this organized armed group, strengthening security and protection for the people of Norte de Santander.
