On June 8, Punjab Police arrested two individuals, identified as Karan Arora, alias Laddu, and Vicky Kumar Ravani, alias Buvan, in connection with the firing incident at Shri Ganesh Scan Centre in Nurpur Bedi on May 30, reports The Tribune. During the investigation, the police recovered a .30 bore pistol, 10 live cartridges, and a motorcycle bearing registration number PB10CR-4464 from their possession. Preliminary investigations indicate the duo were in contact with gangsters Rohit Gudara and Ravi Balachauria. Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) further stated that the prime accused, Karan Arora, has a criminal background and is facing seven criminal cases, in which he had been absconding.
