A local journalist, Lala Israfeel, was shot dead on the night of June 6 in a drive-by shooting Musakhail District of Balochistan, reports Dawn. Lala Israfeel, a reporter for a private TV channel, was outside his shop in Musakhail town when attackers on a motorcycle opened fire, killing him at the scene, Police said. No group has immediately claimed responsibility for the killing.
