An explosion occurred in the house of the former so-called Minister of State Security of the "DPR" Andriy Pinchuk in Moscow after a courier brought him a package.

Source : Russian mass media " Vazhnye Novosti ", " Meduza ", TASS , Telegram channels

Details : According to Telegram channels, Pinchuk was not injured, as he managed to hide behind an armored door. TASS writes that his life is not in danger.

The windows and doors in the house itself are broken.

In the early 2000s, Pinchuk worked in the Ministry of State Security of unrecognized Transnistria, and then participated in hostilities in Donbas on the side of pro-Russian separatists.

In March 2014, Pinchuk participated in the annexation of Crimea. As he himself told Lenta.ru journalists, during the seizure of the peninsula, he transferred Ukrainian special services units on the peninsula under Russian jurisdiction and was involved in preparations for the so-called referendum.

In 2014-2015, he served as Minister of State Security of the self-proclaimed DPR.

In 2022, Pinchuk led the "Center" detachment during the battles for Izyum. In 2023-2025, he was the commander of the "BARS-13" detachment, which participated in the battles in Bakhmut.

According to Russian media, this is the third attempt in a week on those associated with the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

Before that, on June 9, Damir Davydov, a high-ranking officer in the supply department of the Main Missile and Artillery Directorate (GRAU) of the Ministry of Defense, was killed in the Moscow region.

Also in Moscow on June 9, an attempt was made to blow up a car near the Rostec building.

The Russian Investigative Committee reported that it had prevented an attempt to kill an employee of "one of the scientific and production enterprises." The agency also reported the detention of two minors in the case.
