The Ukrainian Navy reports that Neptune missiles struck a Russian Black Sea Fleet military facility in Sevastopol's Striletska Bay overnight. According to the Navy, the strike destroyed weapons and military equipment storage sites belonging to the Black Sea Fleet. The Navy did not disclose the exact facility that was targeted.
