On June 3 at around 9:30 PM, while Linle Village Administrator Khin Win (a.k.a. Shan Gyi) was at his home, comrades from Company (4) of Pyay District Battalion (1) and Company (4) of Pyay District Battalion (2), under the command of Strategy (21), entered and attacked him. He sustained a bullet wound to his head and died on the spot.
