On 3 June 2026, between Kwin Gyi village and Thee Chaung village (coded as Kwin Gyi (Kwin Thee)) (Natmauk township, Magway district, Magway region), a joint force of the Natmauk Galon People's Defense Force and the Nay Pyi Taw People's Defense Force - Battalion 902 carried out a mine attack against a joint Myanmar military column of combined troops from bases in Pyinmana, Ywa Mon, and Meiktila, around 8:00 pm. The mine attack damaged one military vehicle. Casualties unknown.
