On 2 June 2026, in the morning, Hezbollah targeted 3 Israeli Humvees and 1 Merkava tank with hovering quadcopter drones type 'Ababeel' in the southern part of Zaoutar ech Charqiye (Al Nabatieh, Al Nabatieh) causing a Humvee and Merkava tank to catch fire and claiming a direct hit on 2 other Humvees. An Israeli reservist was moderately hurt and 3 other Israeli soldiers were lightly injured. In the eastern part of the town, around 11PM, Hezbollah also targeted an Israeli Merkava tank then Israeli forces with 2 hovering quadcopter drone type 'Ababeel' claiming direct hits. Casualties unknown.
