On 3 June 2026, in Arauca (Arauca), two unidentified individuals threw a grenade at an unspecified property on 17th Street and 27th Avenue in the Los Guarataros sector, in the early hours of the morning when no one was present. The explosion caused material damage at the site, but there were no injuries. The target of the attack is unknown. The area is known to have a presence of armed groups. There were no casualties.
