On May 30, Security Forces (SFs) recovered a cache of arms, ammunition and communication equipment during a search operation in the Yaolen Chepu village area under Litan Police Station in Ukhrul District of Manipur, reports Manipur Police on X. The recoveries included four Single Barrel Breech Loading (SBBL) guns, two Single Barrel Muzzle Loading (SBML) guns, 24 rounds of 12-bore live ammunition, two empty 12-bore cartridges, one empty .303 rifle case, 22 Self-Loading Rifle (SLR) empty cases, one AK-series empty case, and three Baofeng wireless sets. SFs also recovered a 12-bore ammunition carrier belt, a tactical belt, a magazine pouch, a Bushnell binocular, a waist bag and two pieces of lead.
