Security Forces (SFs) killed 17 terrorists during intelligence-based operations (IBOs) in different Districts of Balochistan following the suicide car bomb attack against a shuttle train in the provincial capital Quetta on May 24, reports Dawn. A statement released by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) on June 2 said IBOs were conducted in the Districts of [Nushki]. ISPR added that multiple terrorist locations were targeted by SF personnel during these operations. Weapons, ammunition and a cache of explosives were recovered from the dead terrorists, as well as improvised explosive devices (IEDs), ISPR added further.
