Unidentified assailants blew up a gas pipeline with explosive material in Kaski Akhundan area of Miryan tehsil (revenue unit) in Bannu District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on June 1, reports Dawn. Police said the main gas pipeline was damaged in the explosion, resulting in the suspension of supply to the affected areas. The blast caused significant damage to the pipeline infrastructure, disrupting the flow of natural gas.
