On 28 June 2021, a bomb went off in the office of the lawyer Sakher Hachem in Furn el Chebbak (Baabda, Mount Lebanon). Damages caused by the explosion were only material and Lebanese security forces have started an inquiry into the attack. Hachem is the representative of several people who were arrested in the case of the Beirut Port Blast and is the representative of businessman Carlos Ghosn.
