UAV event in Druzhkivka area, Ukraine on Wed 3rd June 2026
3rd June 2026
On June 3, at around 10 a.m., the evacuation crew of the humanitarian mission "Proliska" was hit by an FPV drone in Druzhkivka, Donetsk region.
This was announced on Facebook on June 3 by the head of the Proliska humanitarian mission, Yevhen Kaplin.
Kaplin noted that the evacuation crew was in an armored vehicle, which was marked on all sides and on the roof with "Evacuation" and the logos of the humanitarian mission.
"The hit was from above, into the roof of the driver's cabin, probably with the aim of causing maximum damage to the driver of the vehicle. We consider this strike as another targeted war crime by the Russian army. The armor withstood the blow, the driver is fine. The damage caused to the car is currently being assessed."
According to Yevhen Kaplin, this armored car worked for 10 days after it was purchased for evacuation in the Donetsk direction.
