On 17 May 2026, near Chaung Zon village (Pauk township, Pakokku district, Magway region), the combined troops of the Seikphyu Guerrilla Solo Tiger People's Defense Force, the People's Defense Force - Pauk (PaKaPha), the Young Revolution Front and the Bo Nar Pauk Group - Pauk attacked a column of more than 900 Myanmar military troops that advanced from the No.22 defense industry with mines at the Chaung Zon junction on the Pathein - Monywa road. 2 military soldiers were killed and 3 were injured. 2 fatalities.
