The National Unity Government (NUG) released a statement today, May 29, stating that PDF forces intercepted and attacked a Military Council supply convoy on the road section between Minbu Township in Magway Region and Ann Township in Rakhine State, killing 6 military personnel and capturing 3 alive. According to the statement, a convoy belonging to the Military Council was intercepted and attacked yesterday, May 28, resulting in a 20-minute battle. The statement notes that 6 military personnel were killed and 3 others were wounded during the attack, and some weapons and ammunition were also seized.
