A local resident from Hsipaw told Shwe Phi Myay that Hsipaw Town in northern Shan State, which is currently back under the control of the Military Council troops, was attacked with shock missiles. The source stated that the town was attacked with two shock missiles today, May 24, at around 7:30 PM, but it is unknown which group carried out the attack.
