It is reported that a shootout broke out between members of different people's militia groups during an online scam (Kyat Phant) raid in the Sino-Myanmar border town of Muse in northern Shan State, which is controlled by the Military Council troops. The shootout between the militia members occurred yesterday, May 21, at around 10:00 PM near the 45 Kone Ward in Muse.
