On 29 June 2021, the Myanmar military stationed at a Christian Church compound in Kone Law fired at least 10 rounds of 105 mm and 120 mm mortars toward the KIA battalion-25 of brigade-5 positions located in Sin Yu Bum and Salawng Kawng, Momauk township (Bhamo District, Kachin State). Casualties unknown.
