In the Kharkiv region, in the village of Sakhnovshchyna, local residents attacked servicemen of the CCC who were carrying out alert measures.

Details : It is noted that on May 26, an alert group from one of the district CCCs and SPs arrived in the village of Sakhnovshchyna to perform official tasks.

Verbatim : "Immediately after arrival, a conflict arose between the military personnel and a group of local residents. The men made threats, and later attacked the representatives of the CCC and the SP, causing them bodily injuries.

It has been previously established that one of the suspects used a metal telescopic baton, which damaged a service vehicle and struck the victims. Also, during the conflict, the offenders used a tear gas and irritant substance."

Details : As a result of the unlawful actions, the servicemen received injuries of varying severity.

The police identified all participants in the incident and detained them.

Four defendants have been notified of suspicion of committing criminal offenses. In particular, a 36-year-old man is charged with Part 2 of Article 350 and Part 2 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, a 29-year-old man with Part 2 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, a 34-year-old man with Part 2 of Article 350 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, and another 29-year-old defendant with Part 4 of Article 296 and Part 2 of Article 350 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

The sanctions of the incriminated articles provide, in particular, for a penalty of imprisonment for a term of up to seven years.
