Two men followed a 19-year-old man in a vehicle and then blocked the road. One man fired twice with a pistol towards the victim’s vehicle, while the other hit the vehicle with a metal rod, causing material damage. Police arrested one suspect and seized the pistol with an empty magazine from an abandoned building. The second suspect was not arrested, and the case continued in an expedited procedure.
