SAA event in Balochistan, Norgama, Khuzdar District area, Pakistan on Tue 19th May 2026

The Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) cadres shot dead one “death squad” member, identified as Khalid Lashari, in the Norgama area of Zehri tehsil (revenue unit) in Khuzdar District of Balochistan in the night of May 19, reports The Balochistan Post.  The BLF alleged that Lashari, a resident of Zehri and son of Mola Bakhsh, was operating under the command of Shafiq Ahmed Mengal - a figure frequently accused of working with Pakistani military intelligence in the Jhalawan region. In a statement, BLF ‘spokesperson’ Major Gwahram Baloch said the killing was carried out based on “organizational intelligence” and framed it as accountability for Lashari’s alleged involvement in enforced disappearances and violence against Baloch youth.
