A military officer, Private Adotey, has been confirmed dead following an explosion at Binduri during the recently concluded counter-terrorism exercise, Exercise Storm Shield, in the Upper East Region. The deceased, identified as Private Adotey, a Physical Training Instructor with the 6 Infantry Battalion of the Ghana Armed Forces, reportedly lost his life while attempting to rescue fellow soldiers at the scene of the incident.
