On 2 July 2021, unidentified anti-Houthi forces (coded as pro-Hadi) shelled Houthi warehouses containing Katyusha weapons, heavy artillery, and a barricade containing 12.7 caliber guns in the Thirah front (coded to Aqabat Thirah) (Lawdar, Abyan). No report of fatalities or injuries.
