On 10 May 2026, between Hta Yaw Kyin and Chaung Ma villages (coded as Hta Yaw Kyin) (Yinmarbin township, Yinmarbin district, Sagaing region), the combined troops of the People's Defense Force - Yinmarbin District and allies attacked a column of more than 300 Myanmar military under the LID-33 and Pyu Saw Htee members with over 30 mines. Khit Thit Media reported that around ten military soldiers and a member of Pyu Saw Htee were injured. Mizzima reported that a member of the Pyu Saw Htee was killed and around ten military soldiers were injured. Fatalities coded as 0, using the lowest estimate.
