Federal and state agents dismantled a synthetic drug production center in the El Progreso neighborhood of Culiacán, Sinaloa. During the inspection, our team observed a heavy deployment of patrols and a military cordon surrounding the property, which was being raided by federal experts. The forensic investigation at the site neutralizes a key infrastructure for drug processing in the Sinaloa capital. The discovery disrupts the flow of substances to urban and international distribution networks, directly impacting the criminal logistics chain in a highly competitive area. This case is operationally linked to a previous operation in the Chapultepec neighborhood, where a citizen's tip thwarted the escape of eight armed civilians, including two minors and a woman, over a wall. At the site, the following items were seized: - 8 green metal cylinders - 1 metal condenser - 1 50-liter drum - 2 five-liter jugs containing brown liquid - 1 50-liter drum containing blue liquid - 1 50-liter drum containing clear liquid - 0.5 grams of a beige solid substance - 1.3 kilograms of a solid substance in a vehicle - 1 RAM brand trailer - 1 white Ford Triton V8 pickup truck without license plates - 3 9mm cartridges - Arsenal of various calibers and tactical equipment (Chapultepec neighborhood). All the seized items and the eight detainees were placed under the jurisdiction of the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office for the integration of the investigation file.
