16 Taliban militants, including one of their key commanders, were killed in airstrikes in Laghman Province on July 8, reports Bakhtar News Agency. Spokesman for the 201 Army Corps, told that 16 Taliban militants, including key Taliban commanders, were killed in airstrikes in Sabrabad, Salab and Shamka areas of Alishang District and Badpa District. He added that 18 Taliban, including Qari Zin al-Abedin, shadow governor of Taliban, were wounded in the attacks.
