On May 14, a Rohingya man, identified as Hasan Ahmed (45), a member of Zakir Bahini, was shot dead by a Rohingya armed group at the Nayapara registered Rohingya refugee camp in Teknaf Upazila (Sub-District) of Cox's Bazar District, reports Prothom Alo. Police stated that members of the Rohingya armed group Saddam Bahini carried out the attack due to dominance in the refugee camp, control of the mosque committee and past enmity.
