On the night of May 19, Russian troops struck the port infrastructure of the Izmail district in the Odessa region.

Details: The district administration notes that there were no casualties or significant damage as a result of the shelling. Most of the enemy targets were destroyed by air defense forces "over open territory outside the settlements of the district."
According to the department, the units of the State Emergency Service promptly eliminated the consequences of the enemy strike.
