Around 13 July 2021 (between 12 - 13 July), 1 civilian was killed and 2 were wounded by Afghan military airstrikes in the Burjian village of Tagab district, Kapisa. 2 civilians were also wounded in the Gadakhel and Almaskhel villages in the district. Afghan officials denied the report on civilian fatalities and claimed 40 Taliban militants were killed and wounded. Fatalities coded as 1 (VoJ reported 4-5 civilians were killed and 3-10 were wounded by Afghan forces and 01 NDS unit).
