On 12 May 2026, SAF fighter drones targeted four locations, including the house of the head of RSF-civic administration and an RSF commander in Ed Daein (Ad Duayn, East Darfur). 2 RSF guards and 5 civilians were killed and 7 were wounded on 11 and 12 May (coded separately). 5 civilian fatalities split between two days, coded as 2 for this event. Total fatalities coded as 4 (2 RSF + 2 civilians).
